The company was founded by Smart TV professional that take the decision to move from the Interactive TV industry to focus on older people care applying their know how and expertise. In parallel, the company is the current exclusive provider of Radio Television Española (the Spanish public national broadcaster) for smart TV applications and services.

The Smart TV platform is based on Android, allowing healthcare and social care institutions to provide current and future Telemedicine and Telecare services to older adults at home in an accessible way, using the existing TV and the remote control to interact with the services and applications. Smart Health TV Solution helps improve the quality of life of older people, relatives, caregivers, and professionals and at same time, reduces healthcare and social care cost by supporting independent living. The cost saving estimation per home would be around 1,000 euros per year.
