Programme Operations Manager

Marco Carulli works as Programme Operations Manager at the Central Management Unit of the AAL (Active and Assisted Living) Programme, where he coordinates the Programme annual calls for proposals, manages the central monitoring of the funded projects and is responsible for the most important Support Actions implemented by the Programme (AAL2Business, Market Observatory, Challenge Prize). Before joining the AAL Programme, Marco worked for more than 10 years in the field of project coordination (ERDF, FP6 and others) and RTD platform management (mainly in the field of ICT and energy). Marco holds a Master of Arts in “Advanced European Studies” obtained at the College of Europe and a University degree in International and Diplomatic Studies.
