Cristina is a start-ups and technology enthusiast. Since 2017 she is Techcelerator program director, a top accelerator dedicated to pre-seed tech start-ups willing to grow internationally. She coordinates a team of 6 in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca for implementing the program mission and operations. Cristina has 10+ years’ experience in operational and financial project management. She founded Hexagon Venture with the mission to support start-up community with advisory and training for growing successful businesses.

Cristina worked as an expert consultant at GEA Strategy & Consulting, today CIVITTA Romania, part of the CIVITTA International Group, where she supported main strategic development sectors of the company: research and development, start-ups and entrepreneurship or creative and cultural industries. Since 2008, Cristina was involved in Global Entrepreneurship Network, founded by Kauffman foundation, USA.
